Lori Fowler joined Legacy Real Estate Group as a Realtor in February of 2017. Originally from Van Buren County in southeast Iowa, she and her family moved to Oskaloosa several years ago after having been out of state for thirty years. She has music degrees from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri and taught band in Missouri and Oklahoma schools. After taking time off to raise three daughters: Debra, Olivia, and Rhyienne; she returned to the workforce as a medical office manager. Her husband Jeff, is a ob/gyn with Mahaska Health Partnership. Recent empty-nesters, Lori & her husband, enjoy working on their mid-century modern, Usonian-style home and going to concerts. Returning recently to her musical roots, she enjoys playing trumpet in the William Penn University Concert Band as well as the Oskaloosa City Band. In past years she has served on the Oskaloosa Area Chamber & Development Group Commerce Committee. She's a current member of the Golden Goose Club, a group of community-minded women who help sponsor projects that benefit Mahaska County. As an Osky transplant, Lori is enthusiastic when it comes to assisting others that are relocating into the community, are wanting to up or down-size, or are interested in listing a property to sell. Proud to be a member of the Legacy team, give her a call or text or find her on Facebook.
